Faktor Pendukung Partisipasi Masyarakat Buton Utara Dalam Perencanaan Pembangunan

Abstract

Community participation in development planning is very important. Community involvement in development planning allows the community to propose development planning that is very appropriate to the conditions of the community itself. In addition, the resulting decision is a joint decision between the community and the government so that it is hoped that the development that will be implemented will get full support from the community. Although participation is important in development planning, in implementing participation, the government must also understand the things that are supporting factors in participation so that the community can be more enthusiastic about participating in development planning. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine what are the supporting factors for community participation in development planning in North Buton Regency. The approach used in this study is qualitative. This study concludes that there are four supporting factors for community participation in development planning in North Buton Regency, namely, willingness, ability, opportunity and education factors.
