TINJAUAN KRIMINOLOGIS TERJADINYA PELECEHAN SEKSUAL TERHADAP ANAK PEREMPUAN (Suatu Studi Di Polres Konawe)
Abstract
The objectives of the study were: 1). To determine the factors that cause sexual harassment against girls. 2). To determine efforts to overcome sexual harassment against girls. This study was conducted in Konawe Regency, precisely at the Konawe Police, using a normative empirical research type. The data collection method used was document study, field surveys and interviews using qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen: 1). The factors that cause sexual harassment against girls are: a). Internal factors are caused by uncontrollable lust or by the presence of opportunity factors, therefore these factors are often the beginning of the crime, when viewed from the subject of criminal law or the perpetrator of the crime, and b). External factors are coaxing, giving money (gifts), threatening, violence, hitting (confinement) besides that there is also because of free association, namely victims often befriend or associate with men, the influence of pornographic films besides that victims often wear flashy clothes when leaving the house or in crowded places, this can cause sexual desire for men who see women who wear mini or tight clothes. 2). Efforts to overcome sexual harassment against girls include: threatening the perpetrators with the heaviest punishments to create a deterrent effect, in addition to this, taking the necessary actions to uncover criminal acts of sexual harassment against girls, including investigations, inquiries and collecting evidence.
