TINJAUAN SOSIOLOGIS TENTANG PENANGGULANGAN TERJADINYATINDAK PIDANA PENGHINAAN (Suatu Studi di Polres Konawe)
Abstract
The objectives of the study were: 1). To determine the factors that influence the occurrence of criminal acts of insult. 2). To determine the efforts that must be made so that criminal acts of insult do not happen again. This research was conducted in Konawe Regency, precisely at the Konawe Police, using the type of research, namely empirical normative. The data collection method used was document study, field surveys and interviews using qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen: 1). Factors that influence the occurrence of criminal acts of insult are: among others, the occurrence of slander, slanderous complaints, and slanderous accusations. 2). Efforts that must be made so that criminal acts of insult do not happen again are; a). Preventive efforts, namely; continuous guidance is carried out in the form of formal and non-formal education, namely strengthening the fortress of religion, especially family education is the best solution so as not to fall into the valley of despicable. b). Repressive efforts are carried out together with the government and community leaders to prevent various forms of crime by educating families to acquire skills so that they can get jobs, providing religious education to former prisoners so that they can realize the despicable acts they have committed.
