UPAYA MENANGGULANGI TERJADINYA DELIK PENGANIAYAAN TERHADAP REMAJA ( Suatu Studi di Kota Kendari)

Abstract

Research Objectives (1) To determine the factors causing the occurrence of assault crimes committed by teenagers in Kendari City, (2). To determine what efforts have been made by law enforcement officers (authorized parties) in overcoming the emergence of assault crimes committed by teenagers in Kendari City. The location of the research is in Kendari City, especially at the Kendari City Police, the reasons for determining the location are: Considering that the community domiciled in Kendari City consists of various sub-cultures and different social statuses and Considering that Kendari City has increasingly advanced in its development growth. The results of the study The factors causing the occurrence of assault crimes committed by teenagers are (1) the internal factors are mental factors such as revenge, emotion, envy and being offended. While the external factors are incitement, pressure from others and alcohol, as well as the social environment where adaptation and interaction occur between one and another. (2) Efforts made by law enforcement officers to overcome abuse committed by teenagers are preventive efforts, namely activating the police patrol function, legal counseling, controlling alcoholic beverages and raids on sharp weapons, education and guidance as early as possible for everyone. This effort can be given to someone from childhood, children must be provided with optimal religious education while repressive efforts are appropriate punishment for perpetrators of abuse among teenagers.
