Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To find out and understand how effective the implementation of the Etle system is for traffic violations in Kendari City 2) To find out and understand the obstacles faced by the police in implementing Etle for Traffic Violations in Kendari City. This study is an empirical study, by studying various books and reading laws and regulations related to the material for writing this thesis. Data collection techniques in the study were carried out through field research and literature to obtain data related to the title of the thesis being raised. Furthermore, the data was processed and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method by describing the reality that had occurred. The results of this study concluded that the effectiveness of the implementation of the ETLE system is highly dependent on adequate infrastructure, public awareness, and system integration with other supporting services. Overall, ETLE has great potential to reduce the number of traffic violations, improve road safety, and support transparent and modern law enforcement. With continuous improvement and development, this system can provide long-term benefits in creating a culture of orderly traffic.
