Abstract

This study aims: 1) To find out and understand the implementation of the plantation land profit sharing agreement in Watudemba Village, South Konawe Regency. 2) To find out and understand the implementation of the plantation land profit sharing agreement in Watudemba Village, South Konawe Regency. In conducting research related to the object to be studied, the researcher chose the research location in Watudemba Village, Palangga District, South Konawe Regency. The descriptive-qualitative method is a data analysis step that the author will do, namely conducting analysis by analyzing and describing the interview results obtained so as to produce objective, consistent, logical and systematic conclusions in accordance with what the author expects in the study. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The implementation of the Profit Sharing Agreement can be seen from the cultivators and landowners who have factors such as the Form of Agreement, Term of Agreement and still use the customary law system in implementing the agricultural land profit sharing agreement. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that this Profit Sharing Agreement Law is still difficult to implement in the community in Watudemba Village, Palangga District, South Konawe Regency. 2) Factors that hinder the implementation of the Agricultural Profit Sharing Agreement Law in Watudemba Village, Palangga District, South Konawe Regency as seen from the Village apparatus include because compliance with customary law is still high, so the community still uses customary law as a reference for implementing agricultural land profit sharing agreements. In addition, there is no socialization from government officials or related officials and finally because of the low level of education of the majority of farmers, which causes their low level of insight.
