TINJAUAN YURIDIS TERHADAP ASAS CONTRADUCTOIRE DELIMITATE DALAM PELAKSAAN PENDAFTARAN TANAH DI DESA LANGGEA KECAMATAN RANOMEETO KABUPATEN KONAWE SELATAN
Abstract
The objectives of the study are: 1. How is the Implementation of the Contradictoire Dlimitatie Principle for the registration of land ownership rights in Langgea Village, Ranomeeto District, South Konawe Regency., 2. What are the Constraints in the Implementation of the Contradictoire Dlimitatie Principle in Langgea Village, Ranomeeto District, South Konawe Regency. This research was conducted at the Land Office of South Konawe Regency and in Langgea Village, Landono District, South Konawe Regency. The Data Collection Technique used was to conduct direct interviews through questions and answers based on statements that had been prepared previously, as well as data collection using books related to the formulation of the problem that the author discussed and taking data at the Land Office of South Konawe Regency. The data processing technique used was to analyze all the data obtained for further description. Based on research conducted at the Land Office of South Konawe Regency in carrying out the Land Registration process regulated in PP no. 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration, it states that: "Land Registration is a series of activities carried out by the Government continuously, sustainably and regularly, including the collection, processing, bookkeeping, and presentation and maintenance of physical data and legal data in the form of maps and lists, regarding land plots and apartment units, including the provision of proof of rights for land plots that already have rights and ownership rights to apartment units and certain rights that burden them". Obstacles in the implementation of Land Registration at the Land Office of South Konawe Regency are: (a) The service provided in managing land registration is quite long. (b) Problems regarding agreements on land boundaries. (c) Costs required in land registration.
