TINJAUAN YURIDIS PENERAPAN E-LITIGASI TERHADAP PENYELESAIAN PERKARA PERDATA DI LINGKUP PERADILAN AGAMA KOLAKA
Abstract
This study aims to: 1) To find out and understand the procedures for implementing E-Litigation in handling civil cases in the Kolaka Religious Court 2) To find out the factors that inhibit the implementation of E-Litigation in handling civil cases in the Kolaka Religious Court. This study is an empirical study, by studying books and laws and regulations related to the material for writing the thesis. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by interviewing, documentation and literature studies to obtain data related to the title of the thesis being raised. Furthermore, the data was processed using a qualitative descriptive method by conducting it directly on the problem. The results of this study conclude that the Procedure for implementing e-litigation in the Kolaka Religious Court involves several steps that are generally similar to e-litigation procedures in other courts by following the procedures and ensuring effective implementation of e-litigation, the Kolaka Religious Court can utilize information technology to increase efficiency and transparency in handling civil cases. factors that can inhibit the implementation of e-litigation in handling civil cases in the Kolaka Religious Court, in addition to limited infrastructure, changes in culture and mindset also play a role. then the absence or lack of regulations that support the implementation of e-litigation can also be an obstacle. For example, inadequate regulations related to data security and user privacy.
