<p>"Work Effectiveness of Ranomeeto Village Head's Office, Ranomeeto District, South Konawe Regency" The research was conducted at the Ranomeeto Village Head's Office, Ranomeeto District, South Konawe Regency. Research methods; using a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Research purposes; 1. To find out the Work Effectiveness of Ranomeeto Village Head Office Employees, Ranomeeto District, South Konawe Regency; 2. To find out the factors that affect the Work Effectiveness of the Office of the Village Head of Ranomeeto, Ranomeeto District, South Konawe Regency. Research result; show that; 1. The effectiveness of employees' work has been running quite well in terms of quality and quantity related to public services, starting from aspects; simplicity in service, openness in service, fairness of service, and timeliness in service to the community; 2. Factors that affect the effectiveness of employees' work on public services at the Ranomeeto Village Head Office, Ranomeeto District, Konawe Selatan Regency, are the ability of employees to comply with the rules of the work system that has been implemented quite well, while the service facilities and infrastructure are inadequate so that it is enough to affect work effectiveness. employees in public services. <p>"Transformational Leadership of Village Heads (Study in Onewila Village, Ranomeeto District, South Konawe Regency)". Research purposes; To find out the Transformational Leadership of the Head of Onewila Village, Ranomeeto District, South Konawe Regency. Research methods; is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is the interactive model. Research result; shows that; 1. Transformational leadership seen from the Attributed Charisma (Charismatic) dimension plays an important role and increases the work motivation of Village officials related to the quantity and quality of work and timeliness of work; 2. Transformational leadership seen from the Inspirational motivation dimension towards increasing the work motivation of Village work equipment, shows that Village officials continue to work and comply with every rule even though input is not received by the leadership; 3. Transformational leadership seen from the Intellectual stimulation dimension towards increasing work motivation of Village officials, shows that the abilities and ways of thinking of employees are the result of the leadership's ability; 4. Transformational leadership seen from the Individual consideration dimension towards increasing the work motivation of the Village apparatus, shows that there is support for the transformational leadership behavior of the Village head. Recommendation; 1. The direction and support given by the leadership to the Village apparatus can be further improved so that the increase in the work motivation of the Village apparatus becomes better; 2. <p>To determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of public services at the Alebo Village Office, Konda District, South Konawe Regency. Research methods; is descriptive qualitative. Research result; Shows that; 1. Democratic Leadership Style The village head of Alebo, showed a fairly high average score compared to the authoritarian leadership style; 2. Public Service Performance at the Alebo Village Office, through recapitulation of service performance data with productivity and responsiveness indicators showing a fairly high average value; 3. The Effect of Leadership Style on Service Performance, shows that there is a strong relationship between Leadership Style and Public Service Performance Indicators. Recommendation; 1. The Alebo Village Head's Democratic Leadership Style should be maintained and improved; 2. Public Service Performance at the Alebo Village Office should be maintained and improved, both productivity indicators and responsiveness indicators; 3. <p>The tourism sector can improve the welfare of the community, and can improve the quality of life of the community, especially residents around tourism destinations. The marine-based tourism development of Wakatobi Regency has been in line with regional development policies that place the fisheries and marine sector as well as tourism as a leading sector, with a Vision: "Terwujudnya Surga Nyata Bawah Laut di Jantung Segi Tiga Karang Dunia".<br>The research method is description research, by describing phenomena and trying to combine handling patterns through collaborative efforts of the parties.<br>The results of the study describe the Mola Raya Tourism Area including Desa Mola Bahari, Desa Nelayan Bakti, Desa Mola Samaturu, Desa Mola Selatan, Desa Mola Utara, and Desa Mandati III.<br>This area is a coastal area and traditional village of the Bajo tribe, which has a function as the development of the Traditional Special Region of the Bajo Tribe, the development of Limited Settlements, the development of Local Scale Public Service Facilities, the development of Trade and Local Scale Services. The area under study also includes a cultural heritage area that should be protected and used as a traditional special area, the Bajo tribe village.<br>The model of handling the area is carried out by a collaborative model of the Slum Management Program and tourism development, in which a breakthrough forms through the development of the Mola area as part of the Wangi-Wangi Urban Area with; (1) carrying out restoration, renovation and preservation efforts with community participation, (2) Improving care and improvement of traditional Bajo settlements as an effort to improve the Bajo Traditional Special Region, (3) Developing traditional Bajo settlements into tourist areas, by increasing transportation facilities and facilities and infrastructure as a support, and (4) involving the community in conservation activities and efforts to determine the Bajo tribe as a Traditional Special Area, as well as involving the community in cultural tourism activities that can be developed.</p>Joko Tri BrataAbdul NasharFarlin Suprianto

<p>"Public Perception of Community Security and Order (Kantibmas) in Andoolo District, South Konawe Regency)"<br>The aim of this research is to find out the community's perception of the development of security and public order (Kamtibmas) in Andoolo District, South Konawe Regency.<br>The results of the study indicate that the public's perception of the development of security and public order (Kantibmas) by the Police in Andoloo District shows that the 4 types of development namely: community order, self-defense, community security, and community potential development have been implemented and more than 60.0 percent respondents stated that the intensity of the implementation of the task was at a frequent level. Community Order Development was carried out by guiding and providing counseling to the community in order to increase community participation, community legal awareness. Self-help security development is carried out through face-to-face, visits/sambangan, counseling, and exercises in order to guide the community in implementing the environmental security system. 3.
