Abstract

Poverty Reduction is a Policy Model, where parties involved in poverty reduction organizations are always only in the context of formal "Institutional Settings" so that in the context of organizational effectiveness, their governance needs to be elaborated. The research objective is to describe the form of implementation of the Poverty Alleviation Program at Kendari City Level. The research method is to display the phenomenon of organizational management by referring to the main tasks and functions of the field related to poverty alleviation. The results of this study describe the concept of organizational management in the eradication of the Ministry of Education and Culture in the city of Kendari in the form of a governance model by dividing the task of working groups specifically dealing with the field of Data Collection and Information Systems; the field of partnership development and the field of public complaints. To reduce organizational problems, in the form of program control teams namely; Controller of the Social Protection and Assistance Program; Control of Community Empowerment Programs and Controllers of Micro and Small Business Empowerment Programs. The results of the study also recommend the need for institutional redesign of integrated poverty reduction organizations, so that the management of organizations in the prevention of poverty is more efficient
