Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Di Lingkungan Kantor Dinas Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan Konawe Selatan
Abstract
Employee work effectiveness refers to the extent to which employees are able to achieve work goals optimally with available resources. Effectiveness includes the quality and quantity of work results, timeliness of task completion, and the ability to complete work according to established standards. Work effectiveness can be measured through the following indicators: Productivity: The amount of work completed within a certain time. Quality of Work Results: The level of accuracy and conformity of work results to standards. Time Discipline: Punctuality in completing tasks and attendance. Teamwork: The ability to work together harmoniously with coworkers. Initiative: Willingness to contribute more without having to be ordered. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of employee work in the Konawe Selatan Industry and Trade Office. The approach used in this study is qualitative. This study concludes that if employees have a low level of work motivation, then they tend to have a low level of work effectiveness. Conversely, if employees have a strong level of motivation, then they tend to have a high level of work effectiveness. Meanwhile, employees who have a moderate level of motivation, then their level of work effectiveness tends to be at a moderate level as well
