PERANAN PENYIDIK DALAM PROSES PENYIDIKAN TINDAK PIDANA PENCURIAN YANG DILAKUKAN OLEH ANAK BERSAMA DENGAN ORANG DEWASA (Suatu Studi Di Polres Bombana)

Abstract

The objectives of the study were: 1). To determine the factors that cause the occurrence of criminal acts of theft committed by children with adults 2). To determine the efforts made to prevent the occurrence of criminal acts of theft committed by children with adults. This study was conducted in the jurisdiction of the Bombana Police using a normative empirical research type. The data collection methods used were document studies, field surveys and interviews using qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen: 1. Factors that cause the occurrence of criminal acts of theft committed by children with adults, namely theft is one of the crimes that often occur in the community, especially the Bombana Regency community, namely theft involving children is a mode that is considered easy to do to facilitate the occurrence of crimes. This situation arises and develops along with the development of society, these factors include economic factors, unemployment, environmental influences and minimal appreciation and practice of the religious values they adhere to and the low level of education possessed, especially for the perpetrators of the crime of theft. 2. What efforts are made to prevent the occurrence of criminal acts of theft committed by children with adults, namely holding counseling through the Sub-district, Village and/or Village offices about the impact of the crime of theft on both the community and the perpetrators themselves in the form of religious counseling, holding an environmental security system by forming patrol groups (guards) at night, and imposing severe penalties on perpetrators of crimes in order to create a deterrent effect.
