TINJAUAN YURIDIS TERHADAP TERJADINYA TINDAK PIDANA PENIPUAN DALAM PENERIMAAN CALON PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL (Suatu Studi di Kab. Konawe)
Abstract
This study aims to determine the factors that cause fraud in the recruitment of civil servants in Konawe Regency and to determine the efforts made by law enforcement in overcoming the occurrence of fraud in the recruitment of civil servants in Konawe Regency. This study was conducted from November 2015 to February 2016 at the Konawe Police, This study is more comprehensive and objective, the data collected will be analyzed qualitatively and then described. The results of the study indicate that the factors causing the occurrence of fraud in the recruitment of prospective civil servants in Konawe Regency are the victims' distrust of the government in conducting a clean recruitment selection, the attitudes of the victims who do not believe in their own abilities or are lazy to learn, and the attitude of being too trusting of the victim's lure of passing the selection of prospective civil servants (CPNS). while efforts to overcome fraud in the recruitment of civil servants consist of two forms, the first is preventive efforts, efforts made before the occurrence of fraud, namely in the form of socialization or news in various print and visual media and coordinating with related agencies that carry out the selection process for prospective civil servants (CPNS). The second effort is a repressive effort, namely an action taken by the police after a crime has occurred by following up on every report of fraud that occurs and giving strict sanctions to every perpetrator of the criminal act of fraud in the selection of Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS).
