TINJAUAN YURIDIS PELAKSANAAN KEWENANGAN PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN BOMBANA TENTANG PENYELENGGARAAN KARTU TANDA PENDUDUK ELEKTRONIK (KTP-EL)

Abstract

This study is in principle that based on the theory of authority, the delegation of authority obtained by the Bombana Regency Government is obtained through attribution, namely the granting of government authority by the legislator to government organs. This study aims to determine and understand the implementation of the authority of the Bombana Regency government in the implementation of the e-KTP and to determine the extent of the consequences (legal consequences) for residents of Bombana Regency who have not obtained the e-KTP. This study uses a descriptive analysis method, namely describing the problems regarding the legal review of the implementation of the authority of the Bombana Regency Government in the implementation of the Electronic Population Identity Card (KTP-EL). From this writing, the Bombana Regency government must complete the implementation of the KTP-EL before the specified deadline so that the authority that has been given by the central government can be implemented properly and the Bombana Regency government must resolve obstacles or problems that arise in the implementation of the KTP-el and must create a movement that can attract public interest so that they are willing to carry out the retrieval of KTP-EL data.
