EFESIENSI PENERAPAN E-LITIGASI TERHADAP PENYELESAIAN PERKARA PERDATA

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how efficient the implementation of litigation in civil case trials has been since 2019. The application of this service is intended to answer three main problems that have been faced by the parties in litigation, namely delays in affordability and integrity. The method used in this paper is normative legal research. Then it can be concluded that regarding the implementation of E-Litigation in Civil Case Trials, all incoming cases indicate that E-Litigation is not yet familiar to the community due to the lack of settlement through E-Litigation itself. Although it has several drawbacks, there are not a few benefits or uses that we can take when conducting an electronic trial process.
