Abstract

Research objectives (1). To study and evaluate the system patterns contained in the security system of the National Vital Objects by the Directorate of Security of Vital Objects of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police 2. To study and evaluate the obstacles in the security of national vital objects by the Directorate of Security of Vital Objects of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police. The research was conducted This research was conducted at the Directorate of Pamobvit Polda Sultra The reason the author chose the location of the research in Kendari City was because there were many criminal acts in Kendari City. Research Results (1) 1) The system patterns contained in the security system of the National Vital Objects by the Directorate of Pamobvit Polda Sultra are not clearly and explicitly stated in the Pamobvitnas legislation, but in Presidential Decree Number 63 of 2004 concerning Security of National Vital Objects it is explained that the pattern of the Pamobvitnas system, namely: (1) The main implementer of Pamobvitnas is the authority managing the National Vital Objects, the Police themselves through the Ditpamobvit; (2) The Police are obliged to provide assistance in securing National Vital Objects; prioritizing preemptive and preventive activities; and in an integrated manner together with the managers of vital objects implementing Sispamobvitnas; and vital objects are organic parts or include the TNI environment, then security is still carried out by the TNI, the Police carry out security outside the Obvitnas environment in handling security disturbances. 2) Obstacles to securing Vital Objects of the Directorate of Security of Vital Objects of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police that have been identified are (1) lack of security coordination between the Ditpamobvit Polda Sultra and the security managers of the company area; (2) lack of number of security unit officers compared to the level of vulnerability of the area so that there is the potential for security threats/disruptions;
