TINJAUAN YURIDIS TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN BADAN PERMUSYAWARATAN DESA(BPD) DAIAM PEMERINTAHIAN DESA (Suatu Studi di Desa Katobu Kec. Wadaga Kab. Muna Barat)

Abstract

The types of data used are primary and secondary data derived from field research and library research. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation and qualitative analysis. This research was conducted in Southeast Sulawesi Province, especially in Katobu Village, Wadaga District, West Muna Regency, on the grounds that the village can facilitate the acquisition of data that can answer the problems that are the object of this thesis. In this study, the object of study is the Village Government, especially the Village Consultative Body (BPD) as a partner of the Village Head in determining Village Regulations. Seeing the importance of empirical depth that must be reached with a number of legal data, the author will use the normative legal research method in it which will be combined with comparative methods, observations, and case studies. In this study, the Implementation of Government is a subsystem of the government administration system, so that the village has the authority to regulate and manage the interests of its community. As a manifestation of democracy, a BPD was formed in Katobu Village. The form of the Village Community Institution is according to the needs of the Village. The results of the interview with Mrs. Ani as a PKK figure in Katobu Village, stated "In the past, the BPD was a Representative Body and the election method was from Hamlet to Hamlet, so that the community directly participated in choosing the proportional and creative BPD chairman."
