PERAN BHABINKAMTIBMAS DALAM MENCIPTAKAN SITUASI KEAMANAN DITENGAH MASYARAKAT (Studi di Kepolisian Sektor Moramo Utara)

Abstract

Research objectives. 1. To determine the role of Bhabinkamtibmas in creating a security situation in the community. 2. To determine what hinders Bhabinkamtibnas in maintaining security and public order. The research was conducted in. The location of this research was carried out at the Moramo Utara Police, South Konawe Regency, specifically at the Binmas Unit of the Moramo Utara Police. The researcher chose this location because the general crime rate under the auspices of the Moramo Utara Police, there are also criminal acts. Research Results (1). Based on the discussion that has been explained previously, it can be understood together comprehensively that Bhabinkamtibmas in general is the main task executor of the Indonesian National Police (POLRI). The task referred to in this case is the task of maintaining security and public order. Maintaining a sense of security and order in society is an important aspect that is specifically the main concern of the community. Such arguments are certainly in line with the paradigm of human rights protection. The correlation between aspects of security and order with the protection of human rights is certainly an implementative correlation. (2). Security and order that are guaranteed to be stable will present a consequence regarding respect and protection of human rights for the community. In the analysis based on the jurisdiction of the North Moramo Police, it is generally found that Poladalah is an area that has a high potential for disturbances to public security and order. The high potential for disturbances to public security and order is certainly a consequence of the position of the North Moramo Police, South Konawe Regency as one of the big cities in Indonesia. Like other big cities in Indonesia, the North Moramo Police, South Konawe Regency is certainly an economic center that attracts many people to live in order to improve their economy or continue their studies. The heterogeneity in the North Moramo Police, South Konawe Regency, in its journey certainly becomes something that brings negative values to the security and social order of the community.
