FAKTOR PENYEBAB TERJADINYA TINDAK PIDANA PENYALAHGUNAAN NARKOTIKA DI KABUPATEN MUNA (Suatu Studi Di Polres Muna)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors causing the occurrence of drug abuse crimes and efforts made by law enforcement in preventing and overcoming drug abuse crimes in Muna Regency. This study was conducted at the Muna Police. Interviews were conducted in a structured manner and questions were developed in front of the resource person and a review of documents and laws and regulations governing drug abuse was conducted. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and presented descriptively. The results of the study indicate that the factors causing drug abuse in the Muna Police jurisdiction are: (1). economic factors, (2). Family factors (3). environmental factors (4). Education factors and finally (5). sociological factors. The efforts of the Muna Police in overcoming drug abuse in the Muna Police area are in the form of pre-emptive, preventive, curative, rehabilitation and repressive or action efforts.
